Scott Warne, 32, of Alwen Grove, South Ockendon is no longer wanted.
He was arrested on Tuesday January 24.
He had previously pleaded to assault at Basildon Crown Court on Thursday September 8 2016 and after failing to appear in court on Thursday October 6, a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Following his arrest on Tuesday January 24 he appeared in court the same day. His case has been adjourned for sentencing week beginning Monday February 13 at Basildon Crown Court.
