He won gold in the V45M long jump with a pb 5.08m and a silver in the V45M 60m sprint with a time of 8.15 sec

Toby Draper was delighted with his effort in the Test Track 10 at Ford’s Dunton. He was 5th in 61m 31s. But not only was that a pb he surpassed his best time at the 10k mark too. Excellent progress from the Corringham teacher.
Best of the Parkruns came from Tim Martin, at Thurrock, who pbd in 19.27. 2 seconds in front of him Anthony Tobin had a solid run just missing out on his pb.
