POLICE investigating an assault in East Tilbury have released an e-fit image of a man they want to speak to.
It took place in the Linford Recreation Park in Lower Crescent at around 4.45pm on January 27, 2017.
The victim, a 17 year-old boy, was playing football when he became involved in a verbal altercation with two men in the corner of the park where the football equipment is kept.
The victim was the kicked in the head as he bent down to pick up a football, leaving him with a cut and lump on his head.
Anyone who recognises the man pictured or has any other information about the incident is asked to contact Pc Robert Hoy at Grays police station on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
