THURROCK Council’s work with the Royal Opera House has led to a nomination at the Local Government Awards.
Recognised as the Oscars of local government, a number of councillors and officers attended the event.
The nomination was mentioned by the leader of Thurrock Council, cllr Rob Gledhill at Wednesday night’s Cabinet meeting.
