ESSEX Police has announced that it has completed it’s investigation into a complaint against UKIP MEP Tim Aker.
YT understands that it involved an allegation of sexual assault against Mr Aker, who is also a councillor for Aveley and Uplands.
An Essex Police spokesperson said: “A 30-year-man from Grays is no longer being investigated in relation to an allegation of sexual assault.”
