PASSENGERS travelling with local train operator c2c will be able to travel direct to central London on all four days of the Easter weekend.
c2c, which is owned by one of Europe’s leading train operators Trenitalia, is running all its trains direct into Fenchurch Street from Friday 14 April to Monday 16 April. c2c will be the main public transport link to central London over the long weekend for people living in south Essex and east London due to engineering works on other train and tube lines.
c2c Commercial Director Clare McCaffrey said: “Easter is an important opportunity for the rail industry to undertake vital improvement works, but at c2c this year our message is that we are open for business.
“We have regular trains all Easter running into central London and it’s just a short hop on the tube from our stations to popular weekend destinations like Stratford and the West End.”
