ESSEX Firefighters were called to a fire in a small single storey commercial building off Cromwell Road in Grays.
The property, which is a converted bungalow now used by a business, was completely alight when crews arrived at the address.
Firefighters managed to extinguish the fire by 1:45pm.
The whole property including the roof has been severely damaged by the fire which is thought to have been started deliberately. The Police were informed.
