THE LEADER of Thurrock Council has issued a stern warning to those who park their cars at fire exits adjacent to tower blocks in Thurrock.
Cllr Rob Geldhill (Cons) made the announcement at Wednesday (June 28th) meeting of the Thurrock Council.
