A number of road closures are planned to allow for road resurfacing and cycleway improvements around the borough.
Godman Road, Chadwell St Mary
Godman Road, Chadwell St Mary will be closed for resurfacing between Nevell Road and Northwood.
The road will be closed on Thursday 12, Friday 13 and Monday 16 October between 8am and 5pm.
A diversion will be in place via Cedar Road, Heath Road, Brentwood Road and Sleepers Farm Road.
Access will be maintained for residents at all times.
Elizabeth Road, Chafford Hundred
A1012 Elizabeth Road, Chafford Hundred will be closed for resurfacing for 300metres northwards of Devonshire Road.
The road will be closed on Sunday 1 October between 8am and 5pm.
A diversion will be in place for northbound cars via A1012 Hogg Lane; A126 London Road; A126 Orsett Road; Palmers Avenue; A1013 Southend Road; Lodge Lane; Treacle Mine Roundabout and for southbound vehicles via Treacle Mine Roundabout; Lodge Lane; A1013 Southend Road; Palmers Avenue, A126 Orsett Road; Stanley Road; Clarence Road; Derby Road; A126 London Road and A1012 Hogg Lane.
Thurrock Park Way, Tilbury
Thurrock Park Way, Tilbury will be closed to allow for cycleway improvement works.
The road will be closed on five consecutive Sundays from 10 September between 10.30pm and 5.30am.
There is no alternative route for vehicles while these works are completed.
Thurrock Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while these essential works are completed.
