Goals by Ryan Gondoh (16′) and Junior Ogedi-Uzokwe (pen 20′, pen 45 and 67) put the home side out of sight.
Luke Hornsley scored twice (70′ and ’74)
The result leaves Tilbury in tenth place, just two points off the play off places.
Tilbury return to action on Tuesday at home against Canvey Island.
