GRANGEWATERS activity and education centre in South Ockendon is offering an exciting range of fun-filled outdoor activities this autumn half-term – from Monday 23 October to Friday 27 October 2017.
In a tantalising taster of some of the many outdoor pursuits available to the public, schools and businesses year-round at Grangewaters, children and adults alike are invited to take part in activities including abseiling, kayaking, paddle boarding, climbing, and the famous “leap of faith” – jumping from a post to hang on to a bar that’s 30ft above the ground – to name a few. Each activity costs just £7 per person. All activities are open to anyone aged 6 years and above, but children aged 6 to 8 years should visit the centre prior to booking to try on relevant safety equipment (buoyancy aids, harnesses, etc).
