Martial Arts: Grays Goju-Kai medal at World Champs in Canada

THE GRAYS martial artists have returned from Karate World Goju-Kai Championships in Vancouver, Canada.

There was over 500 competitors from all over the globe. Their club Grays Yamaguchi Goju-Kai based in Long Lane Grays had excellent results with two world champions, Lauren Adams retaining her Kumite (fighting) World Title she won in Mumbai, India four years ago and Danielle Ball winning gold in her Kumite division.
