UKIP MEP Tim Aker rose on the floor of the European Union to claim the European Union is “riddled with panic”.

Mr Aker said: “They have seen parties who love country, nation, sovereignty, rise across the European Union an dit has not got a clue how to stop them.

“I am just glad we are walking away from this.”
