South Ockendon man pleads guilty to cocaine possession at East Tilbury Railway Station

A SOUTH Ockendon man has pled guilty to possession of cocaine at East Tilbury Railway Station.

Nicholas Chandler, aged 28, of Fullarton Crescent, South Ockendon pled guilty to the following at Basildon magistrates court.

On December 28th, 2017, at East Tilbury Railway Station, you had in your possession a quantity of cocaine a controlled drug of class A in contravention of section 5(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971

He also pled guilty to trespassing at the railway staion.

He was fined £85.00

  1. Fined £85, no wonder drugs our rife on the streets. He should have got 5 years hard labour.
