A TILBURY man has been jailed for three months after an assault on a woman.
Zach McCarthy, aged 22, of Tennyson Walk, Tilury was found guilty of the following at trial Basildon magistrates court.
On November 11th, 2017 at Stanford-le-Hope assaulted Nicola Topliss by beating her.
McCarthy was committed to prison for 12 weeks.
He was also fined £150.00
Reason: Offence so serious because use of table and shod foot as weapons.
Offences committed during currency of a suspended sentence.
