SOUTH Basildon and East Thurrock MP, Stephen Metcalfe rose on the floor of the House of Commons to ask a question regarding the Year of Engineering.
Mr Metcalfe said: “As we reach the halfway point through the Year of Engineering, will my right hon. Friend join me in thanking all those who have joined the campaign so far and encourage those who have yet to get on board to join up and make 2018 the success I know it can be?
