A FOURTEEN-year-old from Grays has pleaded guilty to possession of a large hunting knife outside an underground station in London.
The youth, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty at Basildon youth court to the following.
On 27/04/2018 at London had with you, without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place, Stepney Green Underground Station, an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely a large hunting knife.
On 27/04/2018 at Stepney Green Underground Station had in your possession a quantity of cannabis and a controlled drug of class B.
The court also revealed that the offence was committed whilst the youth was subject to a youth offender referral order for a knifepoint robbery committed in 2017.
The following conditions were imposed:
Youth rehabilitation order made.
Curfew Requirement with Electronic Monitoring.
Pay compensation of £320.00
