A REPRESENTATIVE of Thurrock Rugby Club has continued to press Thurrock Council over plans to build on the rugby pitches at Blackshots.
On Wednesday night’s full council meeting, Mr Martin Healy asked a number of questions to the portfolio holder, cllr James Halden.
Mr Healy focussed on planning conditions that would enable rugby to be played on the fields “in perpetuity”.
