The age of interventional radiology at the Annual Member’s Meeting
The focus of the 14th Annual Member’s Meeting (AMM) will be The Age of Interventional Radiology by Dr Jeremy Rabouhans, lead consultant for interventional radiology.
Interventional radiology refers to minimally invasive procedures performed under imaging guidance with x-ray, ultrasound, CT or MRI, to make both diagnosis and to precisely target therapy for a wide range of illnesses.
Dr Rabouhans’s presentation will showcase the technological developments in interventional radiology that have made it an important part of almost all areas of modern medicine. A cutting edge solution – without the cutting.
The AMM is being held on Wednesday 12 September, from 5pm, at the education centre of Basildon University Hospital, Nethermayne, Basildon, SS16 5NL.
Everyone is welcome and as well as the presentation, you can find out more about the work of the Trust and meet your local governors.
Light refreshments will follow the end of the meeting at 7pm. Parking will be free for the public attending this meeting.
