FOR the past eight years, Grove Road resident, Mike Stone was a local councillor. From potholes to planning, he dealt with issues that concerned the lives of Grays residents.
Before that, Mike was the chair of the Orchards Community Forum, that may, in the light of a possible plans to build a school on Elm Road, be re-ignited.
So we sat down with Mike to discuss when and why he moved to Grays and his civic roles.
