ONCE again, the best in music, theatre, comedy and dance is coming to Vue Thurrock this October as part of its Big Screen Events offering.
Britain’s ultimate popstar, Cliff Richard, is celebrating 60 years in the music industry and he wants to invite you to the most fabulous big screen party of the year! Cliff Richard Live: The 60th Anniversary Tour will be broadcast live on Friday 12th October with special encore screenings on Sunday 14th to mark Cliff’s 78th birthday. Featuring a selection of his greatest hits across six decades, this will be Cliff Richard’s most exciting tour yet.
Also in October, following its record-breaking run in London’s West End and a national tour, the critically acclaimed musical Funny Girl is coming to the big screen, featuring Sheridan Smith in an unforgettable starring role. Funny Girl is based on the life and career of Broadway star, film actress and comedienne Fanny Brice and features timeless classics such as Don’t Rain on My Parade, People and I’m the Greatest Star. Musical lovers can enjoy this sensational theatrical production from the comfort of their seat in Vue on Wednesday 24th October.
