Goals by Jake Chambers Shaw (47′), Ryan Jolland (59′) and Ollie Hughes (65′) secured al three points for the Suffolk side.
The result leaves Tilbury third from bottom of the league.
They return to league action on Tuesday 7.45pm at home to Bowers and Pitsea.
