IT’S A CHRISTMAS NUMBER ONE FOR c2c!
TRENTALIA-owned train operator c2c is spending Christmas at the top of the charts as the most punctual train operator in the country.
In the past four weeks, 95.7% of c2c trains arrived on time, which is a better performance than anywhere else in the UK. In comparison, the national average for all train operators across the country was 80.9% punctuality.
Between Friday 30 November and Monday 3 December, for a 66-hour spell not a single c2c train was late with 679 successive trains arriving on time.
c2c Managing Director Julian Drury said: “We’re proud to be named the most punctual train operator in the country once again. This is a team result, and everyone at c2c is really pleased to be celebrating our very own Christmas number one. Our focus now is on providing a reliable service our customers can depend on all year round.”
