MEMBERS of Tai Chi for Health enjoyed their usual Monday Tai Chi, Beginners Yoga, 50+ fitness.
For one day only they could have the session free or donate to St Luke’s Hospice.
They could also drop off their unwanted towels and blankets to keep small animals warm this winter.
Health Coach Trevor Rawson said “St Luke’s Hospice provide the highest standard of care under challenging circumstances. F.A.I.T.H Animal Rescue provide hope for small animals.
Thank you to everyone for all your support and giving so generously”.
To collect the donation we invited St Luke’s Ambassador Peter Eates along to our Yoga group and made him work a bit. We as a community organisation were delighted to hand over a cheque for £350.00 and a number of Gift Aid forms.
The bedding was dropped off to the rescue centre along with a donation in lieu of sending Christmas cards for £100 plus Gift Aid.
