AVELEY endured a frustrating afternoon coming away with just a solitary point away at Dereham Town.
The Millers’ had opened the scoring through Andrew Freeman in the 71st minute but Dereham Town equalised through Matthew Castellan (72′)
The result leaves Aveley in fourth place, seven points off the top but with two games in hand.
They return to league action on Wednesday with a landlord versus tenant derby against Grays Athletic.
