THURROCK Adult Community College offers meditation courses, Wednesdays at 2pm in Grays, with classes for both beginners and those who wish to broaden their knowledge and experience of different meditation techniques, taught by a highly experienced and friendly tutor.
Train your mind to relax and calm down by learning mindfulness techniques to create a regular meditation practice you can perform anywhere as well as strategies to overcome some of the barriers to meditation to improve your wellbeing plus long-term mental and physical health
