The Grays Lives Project: Reach Out For Mental Health

RECENTLY, we went down to the Seabrooke Rise Community House in Grays to speak to Kirsty Eaton and her team who are part of an organisation called Reach Out For Mental Health.

The subject of mental health has never been far away but it seems even more relevant today than ever.

Allied to this is suicide prevention.

We spoke to Kirsty about her organisation, their hopes and challenges.

If you would like to know more, there is a Facebook page called Reach Out For Mental Health.

The Grays Lives Project is a partnership between the Riverside Community Big Local and YourThurrock.
