POLICE Officers investigating a collision in South Ockendon are appealing for information about the location of a motorbike involved which was removed from the scene.

A van and what is believed to have been an off-road scrambler motorbike were in collision in Daiglen Drive at around 1.50pm today (Saturday, April 6).

The rider of the motorbike, a man in his 20s, has been taken to hospital with potentially life-changing injuries.

The motorbike, which is described as a blue and white off-road scrambler with no licence plate on, was removed from the scene shortly after the collision and we need to trace it.

We also need to speak to anyone who saw the motorbike and how it was being ridden in the moments before the collision.

If you saw anything, have any CCTV or dash cam footage, or have any other information please call us on 101 quoting incident 635 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

  1. Is there any chance we can get this van driver to come to Chadwell and knock a few off. The police do nothing to stop off road bikers every sunday on our streets and all residents do is get abuse.
Well done mate, do a few more
