FIRE Control 999 call takers received a number of calls to a fire in a portable cabin alight on St Johns Road in Chadwell St Mary this afternoon (Thursday).
When fire crews arrived they reported the building, which measured approximately five square metres, was 50% alight.
Firefighters extinguished the fire by 4.50pm. We believe this fire was caused deliberately.
It comes as no surprise, so many feral kids in Chadwell now
