Grays Beachcombers are down by the barges in Purfleet

A report by the Grays Beachcombers.

TODAY in ideal conditions we cleaned up the two miles of foreshore from P&G to the QE2 Bridge.

Fourteen volunteers picked 58 sacks of waste removing 520 single use plastic bottles as well as various larger items of plastic and one fire extinguisher!

Special thanks to Navigator Terminals and Thurrock Council for coordinating the rubbish pickup at the storage terminal again.
