ESSEX Firefighters were called to a road traffic collision on Tilbury Road, West Horndon on Sunday.
On arrival, crews reported that a car and a van had collided and two people were trapped in their vehicle.
Crews worked to release the casualties by 5:57pm and they were left in the care of the Ambulance Service.
