AVELEY were held to a draw against Histon on Saturday afternoon.
Histon opened the scoring through Ed Rolph (9′). Aveley equalised through Shad Ngandu (45′).
The result means Aveley lose their top spot to Heybridge Swifts.
They return to league action on Monday February 10th at home against AFC Sudbury.
Before that they have a huge last sixteen FA Trophy match against Chelmsford City.
