South Ockendon: Woman pleads guilty to returning to house closed under anti-social behaviour legislation

A WOMAN has pleaded guilty with returning to a house in South Ockendon close due to an anti-social behaviour order.

Martha Ayanfalu, aged 39, of Premier Inn, Stonehouse Lane, Purfleet was charged with the following.

On 15/11/2019 at South Ockendon entered premises, namely 32 Corve Lane, South Ockendon, Essex, RM15 6BA, in contravention of a closure notice under section 1 of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 issued by a constable on 14th November 2019

On 09/01/2020 at Basildon failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Basildon Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on 15/11/19 at Grays Police Station.

Ayanfalu was remanded in custody until February 20th at Chelmsford Magistrates Court.
