EAST Thurrock’s promotion chances took a tumble with a home defeat against high-flying Cray Wanderers.
A single goal by Rhys Murrell-Williamson (52′) gave the London side all three points.
The result leaves East Thurrock in eight place, ten points off the last play-off place.
They do have four games in hand.
They return to league action on Tuesday at home against AFC Hornchurch.
