FIREFIGHTERS from Essex County Fire and Rescue Service rescued a horse yesterday morning (Wednesday 15 April) that was trapped in barbed wire.
After receiving a call from passing walkers, firefighters made their way to Gammonfields Way in Grays to rescue the horse.
On arrival, crews reported that the horse’s front legs were caught in barbed wire and used small tools to release it by 8:30am.
The horse was unharmed.
