A GRAYS man has been charged with depositing 93 tyres on a busy Thurrock road.
Dan Guguian, aged 52, of London Road, Grays has been charged with the following.
On 06/03/2019 at Thurrock deposited controlled waste, namely 93 large lorry tyres from a HGV Scania in or on land, namely A1306 Eastbound Layby, without the authority of a current environmental permit issued under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
Guguain was remanded on unconditional bail until 08/07/2020 at 11:00 in Courtroom 03, Southend Magistrates Court.
