THURROCK’S Treetops school have released a special video this afternoon (29 April) – featuring some famous faces from the world of music and dance!

Among those is Beth Porch, the inspiring pediatric nurse who works at a children’s hospital in London, who recently appeared to the nation on Britain’s Got Talent.
She sent her wishes to the students, telling them “to keep on learning and stay positive.”
Another famous face to appear is Thurrock’s own Louisa Johnson, who won the twelfth series of the X factor.

BBC presenter Mike Bushell appears too, giving plenty of praise for the Treetop’s Pirate Week, which the student’s took part in recently.
Anton du Beke, best known as a professional dancer on the Strictly Come Dancing programme, who urged the students “to keep going” amidst the difficulties of the lockdown.

Elsewhere in the video photos are shown showcasing the work the students have created in tribute to the NHS.
There are also plenty of fun-filled moments from the staff at Treetops, and ‘Teacher message of the week’, allowing the students to stay in touch with their teachers in this sometimes confusing time.
