POLICE Officers from Operational Support Group arrested four men after stopping vehicles in South Ockendon yesterday, Tuesday 19 May.
They arrested a 32-year-old on suspicion of drug driving in Araglen Avenue at around 10am and he has been released under investigation.
They arrested a 32-year-old from Pilgrims Hatch on suspicion of theft of a vehicle and possession of drugs after stopping a car in North Road at 10.30am.
He has accepted a community resolution for possession of drugs and is being investigated by another police force following reports the car was stolen from Ilford.
Our officers also arrested a man, 39, in Lime Close at around 7.40pm on behalf of another police force following a theft report in Dagenham before arresting a 45-year-old man from Chatham, Kent, in Daiglen Drive at 8.10pm on suspicion of drug driving.
He has been released under investigation.
