Tributes paid to teenage motorcyclist who died in collision on Stifford Road

THE parents of a man who sadly died after a collision in South Ockendon has paid tribute to their “loving and thoughtful” son.

Archie Knight, 19, died after the motorbike he was riding, a black Honda, collided with car in Stifford Road, South Ockendon, shortly before 1.40pm on Saturday 10 April.

In a statement, Mr Knight’s family said: “Archie was a caring, loving and very thoughtful child.

“His larger than life character was loved by many and will be greatly missed.”
The family have asked for privacy as they grieve.

Three people have been arrested in connection with our investigation and have been released under investigation.

Our enquiries are ongoing and we continue to appeal for anyone with footage of the incident or further information.
