THE ROCKS journey to safety took another important stride with a hard earned point against Wingate and Finchley.
Goals by Old Coker (58) and Tom Barton (63) secreted the point.
Wingate had gone into to a two goal lead through Theo Ofori (17′) and Dylan Kearney (35′).
The result leaves East Thurrock on 35 points. Two above the relegation zone with two to play.
