AN MP who is a parliamentary private secretary (PPS) at the Department for Health & Social Care James Sanderson has called for the government to “start criminal procedures” against senior officers at failing councils reports LGC plus.
Mr Sanderson is MP for Bracknell, close to Slough BC where chief executive Josie Wragg was sacked earlier this year for gross misconduct.
He attended a Conservative party fringe event on health and care on Tuesday in place of new junior health minister and former levelling up adviser Neil O’Brien.
