LONDON’S favourite modern Bangkok eatery, Busaba, will open the doors to a new restaurant at Lakeside on 15 March, located on the Boardwalk, looking to welcome shoppers, retail staff and families to enjoy a taste of Thailand. The opening at Lakeside will be the second Busaba outside of London.
With its first opening over 20 years ago in Soho, Busaba ushered in a taste of exciting Thai style that London hadn’t seen before. Featuring a menu of radical, bold and inspiring food, with a modern design, that will now be transported to the heart of Essex at Lakeside Shopping Centre.
Busaba restaurants have always been designed to evoke the style of modern Bangkok and at Lakeside it is no different; boasting a beautiful, secluded terrace for guests to dine alfresco whilst enjoying the heady and vibrant flavours of Thailand.
To celebrate the launch, the team at Busaba will be offering all guests 50% off food from 15-17 March, and 20% off the week after until 23 March.
Menu highlights will include favourites such as the signature wok-tossed calamari in ginger and green peppercorn sauce (which has been on their menu for over 20 years) and classic pad Thai with tamarind sauce; green curries infused with coconut milk, lemongrass, chilli and ginger. One especially for the lunch crowd, Busaba will be offering a lunch deal of any pad Thai or rice bowl for £11 until 4pm from Monday to Friday.
