WE at Take4care are looking for a Kind, Dedicated and Caring individual to join our team, both in the office as well as out providing care for our clients.
The individual for this role will need to have a Full UK driving licence and access to their own car, be willing to work as part of a team and cover care calls in the community alongside our care team.
Key responsibilities will include, implementing a domiciliary care service for people living in independence through timely interventions and a coordinated approach, liaising with other professionals in the best interest for clients, liaising with family members of clients and working alongside our team to provide the best person centred care.
Job Type: Permanent
Schedules: 18hrs flexible, 1week in 3 responsibility of On Call Phone, You will be required to cover care calls over varied shift patterns and may occasional include weekend and evening work.
Duties: Coordinating service need & staff availability,
Supporting process and systems to create safe CQC compliant service,
Supporting the registered manager
Salary: £12,000 plus on call plus overtime
