On the last two occasions, the Conservatives have won by 572 and 532 respectively.
You may like to think that voters will take a dim view of any councillor who was part of the Tory administration that has seen the borough saddled with a £1.5 billion debt.
Any positives for the opposition will be th percentage shares for each party.
But they may well return councillor Arnold.
