Goals by Billy Holland (8) and Charlie Warren (43) secured all three points for the league leaders.
Tilbury’s goal was by Alex Hernandez (61).
The result leaves Tilbury in eighth place. Six points off the play off places with thirteen games to go.
They return to league action on Wednesday away at Sporting Bengal United.
