Save Lives by joining Anthony Nolan’s ‘1 Million United’ campaign

MEMBERS of the Essex grassroots football community are invited to find out more about Anthony Nolan, a charity who make life-saving connections between people with blood cancer and blood disorders.

The Essex County FA Youth Forum are excited to be working with Anthony Nolan to raise awareness of the stem cell register. The charity aim to reach 1 million people on the stem cell register (which currently has 900,000 individuals).

Lana Gillard, Essex County FA Football Development Officer, explained: “We are excited to work with Anthony Nolan to help raise awareness of the stem cell register with our football family. Our Youth Forum are championing the charity to shine a light on how young people can help save a life. Football can make a massive difference on and off the pitch.”
