MORE than 440 people took part in the exclusive Test Track Ten Races on Saturday 17th May 2025.
Organised by charity St. Luke’s Hospice in partnership with Ford Britain Trust, the popular Test Track Ten Races were uniquely set within the grounds of the Ford Dunton Technical Centre.

The charity’s flagship running event has been embraced by runners since 2013 and provides a unique opportunity to race exclusively on the Ford test track, which is otherwise inaccessible to the public.
There were three distances to choose from; the accredited and timed distances of either 10 miles or 10km, and a 2.5km Fun Run for those wanting a faster run, as well as younger participants and groups of walkers.
Kerry Chambers, Community and Events Fundraising Manager, said;
“This year’s ‘Test Track Ten Races’ was a fantastic event. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who took part, as well as those who came along to cheer on their friends and loved ones.
“Thank you to our partners at Ford Britain Trust, our amazing team of volunteers including those from local Rotary Clubs, and the many local businesses that support the event. It was great to see the community come together – not only to enjoy the day but to raise essential funds for St. Luke’s Hospice.”
This year, St. Luke’s Hospice will be celebrating 35 years since welcoming their first patient. To find out how you can get involved and support the Hospice in its anniversary year, visit www.stlukeshospice.com.
