TILBURY went down to an injury time defeat against Mildenhall Town on the first day of the season.
Mildenhall opened the scoring through Ryan Sharman (28).
Tilbury equalised in the 91st minute through Oliver Spooner.
But it was Mildenhall who took the spoils after Ryan Swift in the 95th minute.
The Dockers return to league action on Tuesday night at home against Concord Rangers.
