THURROCK’S Neighbourhood Policing Team have secured multiple charges against a man as part of an investigation into thefts from shops.
Thomas Larke was arrested following incidents at shops in West Thurrock, Grays, Stanford-le-Hope, and Corringham between 19 June and 13 August.
The 24 year-old of no fixed address was charged with six counts of theft from a shop and one count of possession of cannabis.
He appeared at Southend Magistrates’ Court on Friday 15 August where he pleaded guilty to all the offences and was ordered to pay compensation.
