Update: William has been found
CAN you help locate 78-year-old William Couper, who’s gone missing in South Ockendon?
His not been seen since 12pm today, Tuesday 2 September, and we want to make sure he’s okay as soon as possible.
William was last seen in the area of Hazel Drive. We believe he is wearing a navy raincoat with a hood, black jogging bottoms and navy slippers. We do not believe he is wearing a shirt under his coat.
We believe he may be travelling by bus and has connections to the Lakeside area of Thurrock and Upminster.
